2. Insurance: Items with a value exceeding 10x the shipping cost are advised to use insurance. Loss or damage without insurance will only be compensated up to a maximum of 10x the shipping fee per vendor policy.
3. Packaging: The sender is fully responsible for packaging. Fragile items must use wooden crates. Damage caused by non-standard packaging is not the responsibility of the courier.
4. Delivery Time: Lead time (estimated days) excludes national holidays and Sundays. Delays caused by Force Majeure are beyond the service provider's control.
5. Cancellation: Unilateral cancellation after courier pick-up will be subject to an administrative fee of 20% of the total shipping cost.
